A spectacular evening at the annual Westerby Company ball

January 24, 2024

The highly anticipated annual Westerby Company Ball took place on the 19th of January 2024, bringing together 120 attendees for an unforgettable night of celebration and recognition. The event showcased the remarkable achievements and dedication of the Westerby staff, retired staff, and professional connections.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement and camaraderie from the moment guests arrived, with decorations and costumes to suit the “Great Gatsby” theme. The evening kicked off with a series of awards highlighting the exceptional talents and contributions of the Westerby team.

In addition to the awards, the company took the opportunity to honour long-standing employees with service awards. Seven staff members received the 5-year award, while one individual was recognised for their decade of dedication. Another milestone was celebrated with one staff member reaching an impressive 15 years of service and three others marking an incredible 20 years of loyalty to the company. Finally we honoured our Head of Finance who retired after 17 years at Westerby with a special retirement presentation.

“The annual ball was a testament to the spirit and commitment that defines Westerby as a great company. It’s a wonderful way to begin the year.”

Steve Harvey, Group Managing Director

The Westerby Company Ball was a night of recognition, celebration, and a chance for colleagues to connect and capture memories.
