Michelle joined Westerby Group in 2023 and oversees both the Administration and Paraplanning Teams.

Since joining, she has played a key role in driving positive change across the advisory arm of the business. This has included enhancing internal processes and policies, improving IT systems, and contributing to the firm’s long‑term strategic planning. She has also led significant developments in the Group’s staff management practices.

Michelle’s energy, commitment, and forward‑thinking approach led to her appointment as Associate Director. In this role, she works closely with the Senior Team to support the strategic growth of the Group. She also ensures that the high‑quality, tailored advice provided by our Advisory Team is delivered efficiently and effectively, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
